How do I make an appointment?

Do I need a referral to see Mr Andrew Chia?
No, but you will need a valid referral from your General Practitioner (GP) or specialist in order to claim a medicare rebate.
Fees
Initial consultations with Mr Chia are $330, payable at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.
If surgery is indicated, we will provide you with a written estimate of your surgical fees for Mr Andrew Chia.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please remember to bring the following:
- Your doctor’s referral
- Any relevant previous imaging
- Any correspondence from your allied health professional (Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Myotherapist etc.)
- Any questions you have
How much time should I allow for my consultation?
Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes for your initial consultation. We also suggest to allow yourself extra time for travel and parking.
Where should I park?
East Melbourne Rooms
Metered and non-metered street parking is available on Clarendon and Grey Streets (30 min – 2 hr). Both St Vincent’s Private East Melbourne and Epworth Freemasons have multi-level car parks with entrances on Grey Street.
Mornington Rooms
Parking is available at The Bays Hospital Consulting Suites, 262 Main St, Mornington.
Do you see TAC/Workcover patients?
We do not see WorkCover/TAC patients.
