What a joy it was for Andrew to receive this wonderful book from a patient who had recently undergone minimally invasive Hip Surgery. It’s written by Adelina Fiorito Pulford based on the Mornington Peninsula and contains recipes that have inspired some hearty ISO cooking from the team at ARTHRO Health. Have a look through next time you are in our rooms in East Melbourne for some inspiration.
